Our company was established in January 2005 in Istanbul to operate in the food supplement and pharmaceutical industry. It has taken its place in the sector with its strong vision and dynamic structure, aiming to bring our country together with quality and qualified products.

Palmiye İlaç developed its own Dr. With the Thomson brand, it has presented an innovative brand to the sector in 2020. Dr. Thomson products are a range of pharmacy supplements formulated with the philosophy of high quality, affordable price, and maximum benefit. With this brand, it plans representation agreements for its quality products for the foreign market.

Palmiye İlaç, which entered 2021 with these goals, sought an investment partner with high quality production line and experience in the country and who could also be a light in the sector. At the end of this search, Palmiye İlaç has reached an agreement with ALYORS, one of Turkey's leading companies in OTC, with a higher production power contribution and field experience than ours, for the sale of 75% of the shares. We hope that Orzax will achieve a rapid growth momentum by creating synergy with its high-quality production power, widespread brand awareness and the experience of foreign investors from the past of Palmiye İlaç.

Our company continues its activities in the sector by getting stronger with ALYORS together with the brands it represents and the effective content and quality products it offers to the sector.
