Milk thistle is a flowering herb. The seeds contain silymarin, a group of compounds that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Due to some similar health benefits, dandelion and artichoke extracts are also used with milk thistle. Orzax Milk Thistle Plus contains milk thistle that yields 80% silymarin and also features dandelion and artichoke extracts to support overall liver health.
